There are different payment methods when purchasing products directly through BERG. Quick with a credit card or quick and easy with iDeal. It's up to you. We accept the following payment options
The bergtoys.com checkout strives to make the ordering process as easy as possible for you. It is possible however that your payment was rejected. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Every payment method (for example MasterCard, Afterpay) has separate monitoring systems and checks whether your balance is sufficient or whether your credit card has expired. This may prevent you from ordering your BERG product.
If this happens, try a different payment method or place a new order.
Trustworthiness and security are important aspects for BERG and online transactions, that is why all transactions are processed via our payment provider Multisafepay. Multisafepay ensures that all transactions and payments are encrypted and are processed via a secure SSL connection. In your browser you can see that a secure site is being used. Note that during the transadction, the address starts with https:// instead of http://. Often, the address bar will partially turn blue or green. This environment is safe for you to enter your payment information. At BERG, we don't charge extra fees for using certain payment methods.
We will only ship items as soon as the funds are on Multisafepay's account and we have received confirmation by Multisafepay. Depending on the selected payment method, this can take up to a few days, but usually it goes so fast and the transaction is completed immediately so that you don't have to wait.
It may happen that certain payment methods are not available (or temporarily unavailable). These methods will appear light gray in the transaction process and you will not be able to select them. Please select one of the other payment options.
We certainly do, through Klarna you can pay at a later time. You will receive the invoice at the time you receive the order.
As soon as we have processed your return shipment, we will reimburse the amount within 5 business days. Your payment method determines when the amount will appear in your account.
