SAFE TRAMPOLINING

Image
As a trampoline specialist, BERG has listed a number of tips for safe trampolining:

  • It is better to have one person at a time on the trampoline.
  • Jump in the middle of the jumping mat, which is indicated on all BERG trampolines by the icon.
  • Jump on a dry jumping mat to avoid slipping.
  • Never use the trampoline as a springboard.
  • Ensure there is at least two meters of free space around the trampoline.
  • Jump bare foot or wear socks so as not to damage the jumping mat.
  • Learn how to stop a jump before you use the trampoline. You stop a jump by bending your knees when your feet are in contact with the jumping mat.
  • Use the trampoline under supervision of an adult.
  • Never use the trampoline in stormy weather (rain, hail, thunder, wind, snow).
  • Climb on and off the Berg trampoline, if necessary with the assistance of a ladder. This is safer than jumping off the trampoline onto the ground. BERG has a ladder for almost all trampolines.
  • Make sure there are no items, pets or other animals, or people under de trampoline.
To prevent injury, inspect the BERG trampoline before each use, referring to the assembly instructions. Replace any worn, defective, or missing parts. Also make sure the frame padding is correctly and securely positioned.

If you have any questions about your trampoline or how to use it, please contact your BERG dealer

It is also very important, of course, to have the right trampoline in your garden. But what should you watch out for? BERG can help you in this regard!
