Ferrari's Finali Mondiali 2009

November traditionally is the month of Ferrari’s Finali Mondiali. This major event of the ultimate sports car manufacturer normally takes place in Italy, on the circuits of Mugello or Monza. This year, the circus had moved to the Ricardo Tormo circuit in Valencia, Spain, where from 13-15 November races and other activities were organized.
At the Finali Mondiali event Ferrari welcomes its committed fans, sponsors and partners in order to celebrate the end of the racing season together, as Ferrari community. The weekend offers several races in different categories, like the Shell Ferrari Historic Challenge, the Ferrari Challenge, the FXX Programme and the F1 Clienti. The climax of the weekend is undoubtedly formed by the exhibition performed by the Formula 1 drivers of Ferrari, as this year were presented Felipe Massa, Giancarlo Fischichella and the new star of the Ferrari team: former world champion Mr. Fernando Alonso. The race weekend, with exhibitions and activities interlaced, was preceded by a workshop where to Ferrari had invited its forty top licensees and main sponsors to talk about future cooperation, with Ferrari and with each other. Companies like Puma, Sony, Shell and the Indian multinational TaTa Group were present, just like BERG Toys. In the workshop it became clear that BERG Toys is a well-respected and important licensee of the Ferrari company. Both parties aim for a long lasting partnership. Read the rest of this entry »
